3. Najważniejsze ostrzeżenia
- Nie stosuj zasilacza o innym napięciu niż wymagane. Podłączenie taśmy 12 V do zasilacza 24 V może spowodować trwałe uszkodzenie taśmy, przegrzanie, stopienie izolacji lub zagrożenie pożarowe.
- Zachowaj biegunowość. Przewód dodatni zasilacza podłącz do pola +, a przewód ujemny do pola -.
5. Montaż
- Przed montażem odłącz zasilanie.
- Sprawdź działanie taśmy przed przyklejeniem jej na stałe.
- Powierzchnia montażowa musi być czysta, sucha, odtłuszczona i gładka.
- Taśmę przyklejaj równomiernie, bez napinania i skręcania.
6. Cięcie i łączenie
7. Sterowanie i ściemnianie
Do taśm jednokolorowych stosuj ściemniacz lub sterownik zgodny z napięciem i mocą taśmy. Do taśm CCT, RGB, RGBW lub RGB+CCT stosuj sterownik przeznaczony do danego typu taśmy.
Nie podłączaj taśmy LED bezpośrednio do tradycyjnego ściemniacza 230 V, chyba że producent całego układu wyraźnie dopuszcza takie rozwiązanie.
8. Warunki pracy i konserwacja
9. Typowe problemy

1. Product purpose
The LED strip is a low-voltage light source designed for decorative, functional or technical lighting. It is made with high-quality LED components, but its lifetime and safe operation depend on correct installation, power supply selection and heat dissipation.
This manual applies to constant-voltage LED strips, typically 12 V DC or 24 V DC. Always check the parameters of the specific product before installation.
2. Check before installation
- Supply voltage: 12 V DC / 24 V DC / other value specified by the manufacturer.
- Strip power: W/m.
- Section length: m.
- IP rating: e.g. IP20, IP65, IP67.
- Strip type: single colour, CCT, RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT or digital.
- Cutting points: marked solder pads or cutting lines on the strip.
Do not install the product if the strip, wires, solder pads or insulation are damaged.
3. Essential warnings
- Do not use a power supply with the wrong voltage. Connecting a 12 V strip to a 24 V power supply may permanently damage the strip, cause overheating, melt insulation or create a fire hazard.
- Observe polarity. Connect the positive output of the power supply to + and the negative output to -.
- Do not power the strip while it is wound on the reel. A coiled LED strip can overheat quickly when switched on.
- Do not overload the power supply or controller. The total power of all connected strip sections must not exceed the rated power of the power supply and controller.
4. Power supply selection
Use a power supply with headroom. The LED strip should not load the power supply at 100%. In practice, choose a power supply with at least 10–20% reserve; for high-power or continuous-operation installations, use a larger reserve.
Example: LED strip 20 W/m, length 5 m: 20 W/m × 5 m = 100 W. Recommended power supply: minimum approx. 120 W, preferably 150 W for continuous or demanding operation.
5. Installation
- Disconnect power before installation.
- Test the LED strip before permanent mounting.
- The mounting surface must be clean, dry, degreased and smooth.
- Apply the strip evenly, without stretching or twisting it.
- Do not bend the strip sharply. Do not bend it directly at an LED, resistor or solder pad.
- High-power strips should be mounted in an aluminium profile or on a surface that dissipates heat well.
- Do not cover the operating strip with thermal insulation materials.
- For long installations, use parallel wiring, feed the strip from both ends or add additional power injection points.
6. Cutting and joining
Cut the strip only at the points marked by the manufacturer. Cutting elsewhere may damage the circuit and prevent a section from working.
After cutting IP65/IP67 strips, reseal the cut area against moisture using a suitable end cap, adhesive or sealing compound designed for LED products.
Sections may be joined by soldering or with suitable LED connectors. Connections must be mechanically and electrically secure.
7. Control and dimming
For single-colour strips, use a dimmer or controller compatible with the strip voltage and power. For CCT, RGB, RGBW or RGB+CCT strips, use a controller designed for the specific strip type.
Do not connect the LED strip directly to a traditional 230 V dimmer unless the complete system is explicitly approved by the manufacturer for this use.
8. Operating conditions and maintenance
- Use IP20 strips only in dry indoor areas.
- IP65/IP67 strips may be used in areas exposed to moisture, but ends, connections and cut points must be properly sealed.
- Do not exceed the operating temperature specified by the manufacturer.
- Ensure ventilation around the power supply. Do not cover it or install it in a location without air circulation.
- Disconnect power before cleaning. Clean with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
9. Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Possible cause | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Strip does not light | No power, wrong polarity, wrong voltage | Power supply, connections, + and - markings |
| Strip is dim | Undersized power supply or voltage drop | Power supply rating, section length, cable size |
| Strip flickers | Overloaded power supply, controller or loose connection | System load, connectors, solder joints, controller |
| End of strip is dimmer | Voltage drop on a long section | Feed from both ends or add a power injection point |
| Strip overheats | Poor cooling, excessive power, incorrect mounting | Aluminium profile, ventilation, power and mounting location |

Esempio: striscia LED 20 W/m, lunghezza 5 m: 20 W/m × 5 m = 100 W. Alimentatore consigliato: minimo circa 120 W, preferibilmente 150 W in caso di funzionamento continuo o installazione impegnativa.
5. Installazione
- Scollegare l’alimentazione prima dell’installazione.
9. Risoluzione dei problemi
| Problema | Possibile causa | Cosa controllare |
|---|---|---|
